AIE will try to provide you with your record/information within 30 days of receiving your request.

Learners may request an unofficial transcript for the qualification they are currently enrolled in free of charge by contacting their campus.

Learners can request a re-issue of their official documentation using the form below. The following fees apply:

• The re-issue of official documentation less than 5 years old: $25
• The re-issue of official documentation more than 5 years old: $100
