Mid-Year Intake: Fast Track Your Future

Fast-track your future - applications for our July mid-year intake are now open.

AIE is currently accepting students for its range of specialist, practical courses that are starting in July at all campuses. This is a great opportunity to kick-start your career in games and film. Applications are open for the following courses:

• Game Art & Animation (Diploma & Adv Diploma)
• Game Design & Production (Diploma & Adv Diploma)
• Game Programming (Diploma & Adv Diploma)
• 3D Animation & VFX for Film (Diploma & Adv Diploma)

Studying on-campus?

Students in the mid-year intake at our Sydney, Melbourne, Canberra and Adelaide campuses are able to complete the first year of the two year program in six months. This is done by studying five days per week, 9am to 5pm, rather than the usual two and a half days per week. By the end of the year the mid-year intake group can commence year two study with the cohort that commenced year one study at the start of the year. In 2019, both cohorts combine classes and resume normal two and a half days per week.

Studying online?

Online students commencing study this July are able to get stuck into game art, game design, game programming and 3D animation from anywhere in the world. The courses are taught in virtual classrooms via Adobe Connect and there are flexible options for those who have busy schedules.
