Mid-Year Courses Enrolling Now!

AIE Canberra & Melbourne are currently accepting mid-year applications for the Certificate IV in Screen (3D Animation) and the Certificate IV in I.T. (Games Programming).

Both courses will allow students to intensively complete their Certificate IV studies by the end of 2008 to enable entry into full time 2009 Advanced Diploma study in Games Art, Game Programming or Screen.

The Certificate IV in Information Technology (Games Programming) is the first step towards a career as a programmer for the computer games industry and leads on into the Advanced Diploma of Professional Computer Game Development (Software Development Major). The Certificate IV course focuses on introducing students to C++ programming for games, games math and introduces students to 3D games programming. The Certificate IV in 3D Animation for Games and Film also acts as the first stage of the Advanced Diploma of Professional Game Development (Games Art Major) and Diploma of Screen. As a foundation course, students are introduced to 3D Studio Max and the skills required to produce industry-standard 3D modeling and animation.
